Rapidly expand company. Senior team required support to manage the ramp up of the business, devise a strategic plan and ensure it’s implementation.
Process
RFC Executive began by meeting with key stakeholders to fully understand the organisation and the objectives of the assignment. We also reviewed the competitive landscape using our experience and contacts in their sector and produced a strategy development program.
We worked in partnership with the stakeholders and management to develop a support plan, methodology and performance measurement as part of this program.
Result
Over an three month period a revised strategic plan and implementation process was developed. This contributed to an overall increase in company performance.
