Rapidly expanding SME with venture capital backing. Senior team required support to manage the ramp up of the business, devise a strategic plan and ensure it’s implementation.
Process
RFC Executive began by meeting with key stakeholders to fully understand the organisation and the objectives of the assignment. We also reviewed the competitive landscape using our experience and contacts in their sector and produced a market map of potential candidates.
We worked in partnership with the stakeholders and management to develop a support plan, methodology and performance measurement as part of this project.
Result
Over an three month period an executive with the required skills, culture fit and motivation was found, assessed and hired.
