The Role
- Establishment of restructured businessdevelopment function as a platform for future growth
- Develop, with the board and committees, policies to govern the establishment of a growth strategy
- Implement strategy to achieve KPI’s and increased yields from existing and new sources
- Develop events/campaigns for government bodies and corporates amongst others
- Produce an annual budget and plan (including forecasting etc.) for the organisation, and monitor and adapt as necessary throughout the year
The Person
- Minimum of 8-to-10 years experience or business development
- Experience in team management
